What You'll Do Lead, mentor, and develop the Accounts Receivable team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Oversee daily billing, cash application, collections, and customer account reconciliations. Monitor aging reports and collection activity to improve cash flow and reduce outstanding balances. Partner with Sales, Customer Service, and Finance to resolve billing issues and enhance the customer experience. Analyze key AR metrics, including DSO, aging, collection effectiveness, and unapplied cash. Ensure compliance with accounting policies, internal controls, and financial reporting standards. Support month-end and year-end close activities, budgeting, forecasting, and audit requests. Identify opportunities to improve processes, implement best practices, and support ERP enhancements. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience. 6 years of progressive Accounts Receivable or accounting experience. Previous leadership or supervisory experience. Strong knowledge of billing, collections, cash application, reconciliations, and AR best practices. Experience working with ERP/accounting systems and advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
