The Local Gym Co. is a growing health & wellness business that was started with one goal in mind: bring great coaching to you. We know life gets busy, and finding time to take care of your health shouldn’t mean adding another place to be. That’s why we bring high-level, engaging coaching straight to our clients, whether that’s a home gym, a driveway, or a neighborhood park.

We offer one-on-one training, small and large group sessions, and online coaching, all built around each client’s goals. From individuals to groups of friends to whole families, we make fitness convenient, personal, and fun, wherever our clients call local.

About the Role

We’re looking to bring in a certified, well established trainer with great rapport to join our growing team. Our goal is to not have this just be a short-term solution, but a career built with us. There is a lot of opportunity ahead, and we want someone ready to grow with us. You’ll have the room to create your own niche, develop your own style, and find your way in this industry with the full support of a team behind you. We understand the industry and the challenges that come with it, and that is why it is our goal to give you the runway you need to succeed, and create an environment that puts our trainers first.

What You’ll Do

• Lead one-on-one, small group, and large group training sessions at client locations
\n
• Support online coaching clients with programming, check-ins, and accountability
\n
• Build lasting relationships with clients and in their communities
\n
• Help grow our community and represent our brand with energy and professionalism
\n

What We’re Looking For

\n
• First and foremost were looking for energy and love for the craft, someone who is self-motivated, dependable, and excited to grow with the business
\n
• Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with people
\n
• Current personal training certification (NASM, ACE, ACSM, NSCA, or equivalent)
\n
• CPR/AED certification
\n
• Proven experience training clients, with an established track record
\n
