Freedom Path Wealth is a fast-growing financial planning firm serving newly wealthy families nationwide, from tech executives with concentrated stock positions to business owners preparing for an exit. We built the firm differently: almost entirely through LinkedIn. Today our founder has 54,000+ followers, and the majority of our growth comes from inbound social media leads.

About the Internship

This is a career-launching opportunity for someone who wants to break into business development, sales, or marketing. You will work directly with our founder and learn how a modern business grows through personal branding, content, and real conversations with real people.

No prior experience is required. What matters most is a growth mindset, comfort talking to people, and a hunger for the income potential that comes with a career in business development.

During the school year, this is a part-time role with flexible scheduling, and you can take on more hours over breaks. After graduation, the right candidate will be offered a full-time career-track business development position on our team.

What You’ll Do

Personal Branding and Social Media

• Learn how to build a personal brand on LinkedIn that generates real business, not just likes.
• Build and grow your own LinkedIn presence alongside ours, with direct coaching from the founder.

Marketing and Content

• Learn content creation, repurposing, and engagement across LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.
• Learn the strategy behind what we post, why it works, and how content turns into conversations.

Business Development and Outreach

• Learn outreach and lead follow-up, and help organize and track our pipeline.
• Learn how to start conversations, build relationships, and move a prospect from first contact to a booked meeting.

Mentorship and Growth

• Work directly with the founder on real growth projects.
• Sit in on strategy sessions to see how marketing, branding, and sales decisions get made inside a growing firm.

Who We’re Looking For

• A college student or graduating May 2028 or later. Your major does not matter; we care about mindset and drive.
• Comfortable talking to people, or determined to get there.
• Coachable, organized, and reliable.
• Excited to learn social media, personal branding, marketing, and sales.
• Motivated by the big income potential that business development offers.
• Local to Northeastern PA (within driving distance of Moosic), but job will be remote during

Pay: $25/hour (part-time, with the potential to transition into a full-time business development role upon graduation)
