12 Week Structured Experience | 16 Hours/Week | 2 Days Onsite | Paid Internship The TeleVoIPs Sales & Marketing Internship gives students real-world experience marketing a software product. TeleVoIPs has run the phone systems for hundreds of Florida businesses since 2009, and we build and sell Engage, our own CRM and marketing platform. Over 12 weeks, interns market Engage to real businesses: running campaigns, publishing content, and supporting pipeline development, using the platform itself to do it. What You'll Work On Build and launch email and SMS campaigns inside Engage, then report on what converted Create content that publishes: blog posts, customer case studies, landing pages, and social Plan and run a monthly social calendar across LinkedIn, Facebook, X, and Instagram Interview customers and turn those conversations into published case studies Research and build targeted prospect lists, then support outbound outreach by phone, email, and LinkedIn Help introduce Engage to customers and prospects through walkthroughs and product demos, and shadow live discovery calls Who Should Apply We're looking for motivated students who want hands-on experience in sales, marketing, technology, and business growth. Ideal candidates are: Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, or Entrepreneurship majors (junior or senior standing) Enrolled at USF and available to participate throughout the Spring 2027 term Interested in B2B technology or SaaS Strong writers and communicators with attention to detail Comfortable calling and emailing people they don't know Curious, coachable, and eager to learn No prior marketing-automation experience required. We teach the platform. What We Offer Paid professional experience at $16/hr., 16 hours a week, on a fixed two-day schedule you can build your semester around Hands-on experience with Engage, our own CRM and marketing software, plus training on the modern sales and marketing tools we run day-to-day Engage Academy certification: our internal training and credentialing program on a live commercial marketing-automation platform Exposure to real B2B marketing campaigns, with your work published under the TeleVoIPs name Mentorship from industry professionals and a strong professional reference Academic credit supported. If your program awards credit for this internship, we'll complete the employer paperwork and provide a named site supervisor.
