Block Equity Group connects small and mid-sized businesses with funding solutions, from SBA financing to revenue-based financing and other commercial funding options. We’re looking for a creative, outgoing Social Media & Content Creation Intern to build our presence online and show people the team behind the work.

Workplace: Hybrid, Midtown Manhattan, New York, NY

Schedule: Full-time. You’ll be in our Midtown office most days, with some remote flexibility, plus about one visit a month to our Rockville Centre (Long Island) office.

What You’ll Do

• Create engaging social media content, including Reels, videos, and graphics
• Manage daily posting, captions, and content scheduling
• Assist with Meta (Facebook and Instagram) ad campaigns
• Capture and edit behind-the-scenes footage, team highlights, and office content
• Monitor social media engagement, trends, and campaign performance

Who This Role Is For

• Students and recent graduates in marketing, communications, media, design, or any major with a creative eye
• Content creators who have built or managed a personal, school, club, or brand account
• People who want hands-on experience with both organic content and paid social

What Helps You Succeed

• An outgoing, energetic personality and comfort on camera
• A creative eye for trends and good content
• Strong short-form video skills, from filming to editing
• Organization and reliability with deadlines

A portfolio or some content creation experience is preferred. Experience with Canva, CapCut, Adobe, or Meta Ads Manager is a plus.
